102 deaths, 7503 fresh cases in Nagpur distt
Nagpur : The second wave of coronavirus has taken a terrible form in Nagpur district the daily figures of COVID-19 cases are unpredictable. Meanwhile, deaths due to coronavirus is not stopping as the number of patients is growing and beds and medicine getting scarce. On Wednesday, the district registered 102 deaths and 7,503 fresh cases.
Yesterday, the district reported good recovery number while today 6935 patients became free from the infection and went home. As there is improvement in recovery count the active cases is also witnessing some decline as the figure stands at 77241. The recovery rate is 78.60 percent.
Among the total deaths in the day, 54 were from the city while 38 were reported from rural areas.
From the total positive cases on Wednesday, 4803 people were the residents of the city while 2690 belonged to rural areas. A total of 393830 positive cases have been detected in the district so far.
