नागपुर : मनपा में महापौर के रूप में पदग्रहण करते ही महापौर दयाशंकर तिवारी ने शहर में वंदे मातरः जनस्वास्थ्य योजना के तहत 75 अस्पतालों का निर्माण करने की घोषणा की थी. सोमवार को योजना पर सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों के पार्षदों का समर्थन लेने के लिए समीक्षा बैठक ली गई. जिसमें लगभग सभी पार्षदों की ओर से समर्थन जताया गया. जिससे अब 75 अस्पतालों (हेल्थ पोस्ट) के निर्माण का मार्ग खुल गया है. यहां तक कि पार्षदों की ओर से हेल्थ पोस्ट के लिए कुछ जगहों की जानकारी भी दी गई. बैठक में उपमहापौर मनीषा धावडे, पिंटू झलके, संदीप जाधव, तानाजी वनवे, वीरेन्द्र कुकरेजा, धर्मपाल मेश्राम, नागेश सहारे आदि उपस्थित थे.
पार्षद 2 दिनों में दें पत्र : चर्चा के दौरान पार्षदों की ओर से हेल्थ पोस्ट के लिए जगह का सुझाव तो दिया गया, किंतु इस पर शीघ्र प्रभाव से अमल करने लिए महापौर दयाशंकर तिवारी ने पार्षदों को 2 दिनों के भीतर जगह का पत्र देने की सूचना दी. बताया जाता है कि हेल्थ पोस्ट में मरीजों की जांच और औषधोपचार के लिए ओपीडी चलाई जाएगी. इलाज की आवश्यकता को देखते हुए समीप के नागरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में उपचार के लिए भेजने की व्यवस्था भी हेल्थ पोस्ट में होगी.75 हेल्थ पोस्ट तैयार करने के लिए इमारत के निर्माण, बिजली बिल और पानी पर होनेवाला खर्च तो मनपा करेगी, किंतु डॉक्टर, नर्स और दवा का खर्च हेल्थ पोस्ट आवंटित होनेवाली सामाजिक संस्था द्वारा किया जाएगा.
कोई भी राजनीतिक स्वार्थ नहीं : महापौर तिवारी ने कहा कि इस योजना के पीछे कोई भी राजनीतिक स्वार्थ नहीं है. इसी वजह से इसे वंदे मातरम् जनस्वास्थ्य योजना का नाम दिया गया है. विभिन्न हिस्सों में निर्मित होनेवाली हेल्थ पोस्ट को संबंधित क्षेत्रों के शहीद जवानों का नाम दिया जाएगा. शहर में मनपा के अस्पताल शुरू करने के लिए जगह उपलब्ध हो, तो निःशुल्क या कम किरायादर पर देने की अपील भी महापौर ने की. इसके लिए एक नियमावली तैयार करने के आदेश भी अधिकारियों को दिए गए हैं. महापौर ने कहा कि इस तरह से हेल्थ पोस्ट के माध्यम से सामान्य लोगों की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की आवश्यकताएं पूरी हो सकेगी.
