Nagpur News : The Bombay Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal ruled that the appointment of an administrator on Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce would remain invalid.
Accusing the chamber’s executive of financial irregularities, the members of the National Company Law Tribunal dismissed the executive body of the Nagpur Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce under the Companies Act on January 31, 2023. After that Nahata was appointed as administrator.
The Tribunal’s decision has conferred full powers on the pre-chamber executive. The president of the chamber Ashwin Mehadia and other office bearers will take charge of the chamber on Wednesday. Ashwin Mehadia said, the decision of the members of the National Company Law Tribunal is a victory for traders. He said that he will take charge on Wednesday and will continue to work for the benefit of the traders.
